Rufiji River Camp
One of the older camps in the park, run by Foxes Safari Camps, set on a bank a few metres above the Rufiji River at the eastern end of the main game-viewing area. Accommodation is in en-suite tents strung along the river through riverine woodland, with some family tents. A relatively down-to-earth river camp for travellers who want Nyerere's boating and game drives without the top price bracket. Closed late March to early June.
