Tsingy de Bemaraha
A forest of limestone blades, crossed on walkways and via ferrata.
About
The tsingy are limestone pinnacles eroded into knife-edged blades, and at Bemaraha they cover a plateau crossed by suspension bridges, ladders and fixed cables. Lemurs move through the canyons below, and the Manambolo river gorge runs along the southern edge. Getting there is part of it — the road is rough and the park closes in the rains.
