Boma National Park
The stage for one of the largest land migrations left on earth.
About
Boma, with the Badingilo plateau to its west, carries an antelope migration that aerial surveys put in the millions — white-eared kob, tiang and Mongalla gazelle moving between wet and dry season ranges across open grassland. It is barely visited, with almost no infrastructure, and it remains one of the great unseen wildlife spectacles in Africa.
Highlights
- White-eared kob migration
- Tiang and Mongalla gazelle
- Boma plateau escarpment
