A small hotel on Xassan Sufi Road, about 50 metres from the beach and roughly 2 km from the centre of Berbera, with air-conditioned suites and airport transfers. It arranges recreational diving on the Gulf of Aden reefs. Suits travellers whose main interest is the coast and the water rather than the town.
